Terms and Conditions for Sportsjam e-Gift Vouchers
- 1. How to Purchase an e-Gift voucher?
- • Please click on your choice of e-Gift Voucher amount from the available denominations given above: Rs.500, Rs.1,000, Rs.2,000, Rs.5,000, Rs.10,000 & click on Buy Now / Proceed to Pay.
- • In Step 2 of Checkout page, please enter your own billing details and shipping details of the person you wish to gift the voucher to (including his shipping address and email id, as the voucher will be sent to his email address).
- • In Steps 3 & 4 of Checkout page, please choose Online Payment, as only the following payment options are applicable: Netbanking, Credit/debit card or Bank Transfer. COD is not applicable.
- • Validity: 6 months from date of purchase
- 2. I have received an e-Gift Voucher, how do I redeem it?
- • Choose any product listed on www.sportsjam.in; click on Buy Now and proceed to Checkout page
- • In Step 4 in Checkout page, click on "Gift Voucher" and enter your voucher code.
- • In case your order value is more than the voucher value, eg. order value Rs. 600 and voucher redeemed Rs.500, the balance of Rs.100 can be paid immediately through Online payment in Step 4 of Checkout Page
- • You may redeem the unused value on future orders by using the same voucher code. eg. if your order value is Rs. 400 and you redeem a voucher for Rs. 500, the excess Rs. 100 will be carried forward till expiry or usage
- • You may redeem upto 3 e-gift vouchers in a single order
- • In case you wish to change the Shipping details, kindly email us at [email protected] with a request from the "Shipping email id" provided at the time of purchase of the voucher.
- 3. Other Terms and Conditions:
- • Voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- • If the order is cancelled due to any reason, the amount redeemed in the order will lapse and will not be reusable
- • Validity: 6 months from date of purchase
- • Kindly keep your Voucher code safely as we will not reissue a voucher under any circumstance (including but not limited to) theft, lost, order cancellation, unauthorised usage
